What is a "Chamber of Commerce?"
According to Merriam-Webster, "a chamber of commerce is an association of businesspeople to promote commercial and industrial interests in the community."
What does that really mean? A Chamber is a membership based organization, that businesses, of any shape or size, can join. All Chambers work independently from one another, but partner from time to time. Membership benefits from Chamber to Chamber can vary.
Our Mission
The mission of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce is to be a resource hub for businesses in Delaware County, Pennsylvania to create growth and stability in the region.
We foster partnerships to give member businesses access to contacts and business development tools to vitalize the community where we live, work and play.
