Move Beyond Traditional Networking
Join fellow leaders from across Delaware County for Across the Table, an interactive leadership exchange designed for meaningful conversation and connection.
Instead of walking around the room trying to network, you’ll sit down with other leaders and participate in three guided conversation rounds. Each round gives you the opportunity to meet new people, share your experiences, and hear different perspectives.
What We'll Talk About
1. Understanding Our Work
Share what you do and what you wish others understood about your work.
2. Discovering Common Ground
Talk about leadership challenges you’re facing and discover challenges others may be experiencing, too.
3. Imagining Possibility
Explore what could happen when leaders across different organizations and industries connect and share ideas.
Make a Meaningful Connection
The evening will wrap up with time to reconnect with someone you met and continue a conversation that stood out to you.
You might leave with:
- A new perspective
- A new professional connection
- A potential collaboration
- A conversation worth continuing
Come Ready to Connect
Across the Table is designed to make networking feel more natural, purposeful, and engaging.
Come to connect, reflect, and learn. Leave with new perspectives and new connections.
