Rent Your Meeting Space FOR FREE When Booking An Overnight Conference or Retreat

Groups meeting the following criteria will be able to book their meeting space at no charge for the duration of their stay. Eligibility • Groups must be new to Pendle Hill. Promotion does not apply to returning groups or returning group leaders. • Groups must stay at least one night. Promotion does not apply to day groups that will not need overnight lodging. • Groups must book their event between Monday and Thursday. o Groups wishing to book events that extend beyond Monday to Thursday (i.e., booking from Wednesday to Sunday) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. • Promotion is valid for groups staying between May 1st, and December 31st, 2023. • Promotion does not apply for groups that have already finalized their stay between May 1st and December 31st, 2023.
